New seasons always inspire me to create more and be inspired more. You will usually find me redecorating, organizing, and sprucing up the apartment in March and this year is no exception. I've compiled a list of DIY projects that would be perfect for spring 2012 and hope you'll enjoy their bright colors and new outlook as the flowers bloom. I plan on starting on a few of these projects for myself very soon.

This quick little decor pick-me-up seems bright, fresh, and easy to do. I may need to create my own arrangement on the coffee table in our living room. Definitely head over to A Pair of Pears for the full project.

Ever since I was a little girl I've loved making forts and as an adult I'd love my very own grown-up fort to keep in the house. This a-frame tent seems like an easy project and one I could hide in the closet when friends came over. Be sure to check out Grograin for the pattern and instructions.
There you have it, my six ideal spring projects to tackle as the last of the frost thaws. Happy crafting to all of you out there and if you liked this Weekly Obsession post make sure to check out the rest here. big kiss, bekuh

Those fabric-covered jars are adorable! I also love building forts and have been obsessed lately with building some sort of tent fort in my bedroom. This looks like a great DIY!
